Brief description:
Investigate claims of abuse and neglect for children and older adults; maintain caseload of children/families that require protective services; may manage caseload of foster care and/or adoption assessments and placements; prepare and attend court hearings; prepare case plans and provide supportive services to families to achieve safety and stability for the children and families of Erie County.
Probationary wage:
Bachelor’s degree – $22.99
Master’s degree – $25.95
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university in a Human Services related field.
